Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a komparací učebnic zeměpisu pro žáky se sluchovým postižením, žáky s lehkým mentálním postižením a žáky škol hlavního vzdělávacího proudu. Cílem práce je poukázat na současný stav učebnic zeměpisu pro žáky se sluchovým postižením a skrze propojení poznatků z oboru surdopedie a z oboru didaktiky geografie předložit konkrétní podněty pro zlepšení kvality vzdělávání žáků se sluchovým postižením prostřednictvím zvýšení úrovně zpracování didaktických materiálů používaných ve výuce. Úvod práce je věnován především postavení vzdělávacího oboru zeměpis v systému kurikulárních dokumentů - v souvislosti s cílovými skupinami, pro něž jsou určeny učebnice analyzované v této práci, jsou popsány cíle a očekávané výstupy výuky zeměpisu na druhém stupni základní školy. Dále se práce zaměřuje už přímo na učebnice. Představeny jsou funkce učebnice ve vzdělávacím procesu a její strukturní komponenty s důrazem na textovou složku. V opoře o odbornou literaturu jsou popsány charakteristiky této složky a pozornost je věnována učení se z textu - především s ohledem na neslyšící žáky, pro které bývá čeština (tj. jazyk analyzovaných učebnic) jazykem druhým/cizím. The thesis provides an analysis and comparison of Geography textbooks for children with hearing impairment, children with a mild intellectual disability and children in mainstream elementary schools. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the current state of Geography textbooks for children with hearing impairment and, by means of combining findings on deaf education and the didactics of Geography, suggest specific solutions for improving the quality of education of children with hearing impairment through raising the standard for didactic materials used for teaching. The introduction of the thesis explores the position of Geography as a field of study within the School and Framework Educational Programmes; the objectives of teaching Geography at the second stage of elementary school are examined in relation to the target groups whose the textbooks are analysed in this thesis. Further, the thesis focuses directly on textbooks. The functions of the textbook in the educational process are introduced, as well as its structural components with a particular emphasis on the textual elements.
