Východiska: Během léčby závislosti klienti budují svou motivaci k abstinenci a měli by odcházet s vlastním rozhodnutím abstinovat. Po nástupu do doléčování je jejich motivace vystavena realitě, mnoha různým faktorům a rizikovým situacím. Kuda (2003) uvádí, že bažení se po nástupu do doléčování projevuje zákonitě ve stejné intenzitě jako na začátku léčby. Jak tedy vypadá motivace klientů během doléčování? Cíl a výzkumné otázky: Cílem práce je popsat, jak se u klientů doléčovacího programu projevuje motivace k abstinenci. Výzkumné otázky jsou: 1) Co klienty motivuje k abstinenci v procesu doléčování? 2) Jak se motivace k abstinenci mění a co ji ovlivňuje? 3) Jak se klienti začleňují do společnosti ve sféře mezilidských vztahů? Metody: Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativní formou, pomocí polostrukturovaných interview. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 8 klientů doléčovacího programu. Výzkum byl longitudinálního charakteru, rozhovory proběhly ve 3 vlnách - první v listopadu, druhá v prosinci, třetí v únoru roku 2019/2020. Analýza dat byla provedena otevřeným a axiálním kódováním, jedná se o induktivní analýzu. Výsledky: Mezi pozitivními i negativními motivy se jeví jako dominantní motivy vztahové - sdílejí je všichni respondenti. Mezi pozitivními motivy jsou dále kategorie motivů žít normální život, sebeaktualizace,... Background: During addiction treatment, clients build their motivation to abstain and should leave with their own decision to abstain. After taking up aftercare, their motivation is exposed to reality, many different factors and risky situations. Kuda (2003) states that craving after entering the aftercare is inevitably manifested in the same intensity as at the beginning of treatment. So what does client's motivation during aftercare look like? Objectives and research questions: The aim of this study is to describe how the motivation for abstinence is manifested on aftercare program clients. Research questions are: 1) What motivates clients to abstain in the aftercare process? 2) How does motivation for abstinence change and what affects it? 3) How do clients integrate into society in the sphere of interpersonal relations? Methodology: The research was carried out in a qualitative form, using semi-structured interviews. The research group consists of 8 clients of the aftercare program. The research was of a longitudinal nature, the interviews took place in 3 waves - the first in November, the second in December, the third in February 2019/2020.
