Cílem diplomové práce je postihnout a charakterizovat možné příčiny vyvolávající nekázeň ve třídě, zjistit souvislost mezi nekázní žáků na prvním stupni základní školy a zvolenými učitelskými strategiemi řešení nekázně a uvedení možných prostředků regulující chování a učení žáků s ohledem na udržení pozitivního klimatu třídy. Praktická část popisuje akční výzkum vybrané třídy a inovaci zavedených kázeňských prostředků na základě doporučení odborné literatury, závěrů z teoretické diplomové části a zkušeností z praxe. Množství faktorů, jako například psychický vývoj žáka, osobnost učitele a žáka, styl učení, postoj žáka ke škole, temperament nebo vybrané učitelovy prostředky k regulaci chování a učení žáka, ovlivňují kázeň ve třídě a mohou přispívat k problémovému chování. Vhodným výběrem strategií a výchovných prostředků založených na respektujícím vztahu učitele a žáka může být omezeno rušivé chování žáka, a tím ovlivněno i celkové budování pozitivního klimatu třídy. Výzkum analyzuje výchovná opatření a navrhuje účinná opatření pro udržení kázně a regulaci chování. Nastavení třídních pravidel a jejich důsledné dodržování je považováno za jedno z nejúčinnějších opatřeních proti nekázni. Závěr diplomové práce poukazuje na důležitost reflexe práce s výchovnými opatřeními, efektivitu zavedených... The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and characterize possible causes of class indiscipline, to find a connection between non-disciplinary pupils at primary school and chosen teacher strategies for dealing with indecision and to introduce possible means of regulating pupil's behavior and learning with respect to maintaining positive class climate. The practical part describes the action research of the selected class and the innovation of the established disciplinary means based on the recommendations of professional literature, conclusions from the theoretical diploma part and practical experience. A number of factors, such as pupil's psychological development, teacher and pupil personality, learning style, pupil's attitude to school, temperament, or selected teacher's means to regulate pupil behavior and learning, influence classroom discipline and can contribute to problem behavior. Appropriate selection of strategies and educational means based on a respectful teacher-pupil relationship can reduce pupils' disturbing behavior and thus affect the overall building of a positive classroom climate.
