Diplomová práce se zabývá poskytováním informací o probíhajícím trestním řízení směrem od orgánů činných v trestním řízení k jednotlivcům účastnícím se na procesu i k široké veřejnosti. Text práce je vystavěn na východiscích, kterými jsou mj. právo na informace, právo na soukromí a veřejný zájem na řádném, spravedlivém průběhu trestního řízení. Samotné jádro spočívá v kritické analýze české právní úpravy, konkrétně ustanovení § 8a až 8d trestního řádu s odbočkami do zvláštních předpisů. Na závěr jsou shrnuty problematické oblasti a nabídnuto jejich řešení i s návrhem de lege ferenda. The diploma thesis deals with the giving information of ongoing criminal proceeding on the authorities to individuals involved in the process and general public. Content of the thesis is built on the basis of e. g. right to information, right to privacy and public interest in the proper equitable conduct of criminal proceeding. The core itself is based on critical analysis of Czech legislation specifically § 8a to 8d the Code of Criminal Procedure with references to specific regulations. Finally, problematic areas are summarized and their solution is proposed with the proposal de lege ferenda.
