Název: Využití prvků Feldenkraisovy metody při rehabilitaci ramenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo prozkoumat, zda může cvičení s prvky Feldenkraisovy metody pozitivně ovlivnit pohybovou funkci v oblasti cervikobrachiálního pletence, a to konkrétně rozsah pohybu ramenního kloubu a krční páteře, pohybový stereotyp abdukce ramene, celkové držení těla a subjektivní tělesné vnímání. Metody: Jednalo se o kvalitativně - kvantitativní výzkum ve formě kvaziexperimentu, kterého se zúčastnilo 5 probandů, z toho 4 ženy a 1 muž, ve věku 26-68 let. Intervence obsahovala šest třicetiminutových lekcí, které probíhaly 2x týdně a byly zaměřené na oblast ramene a šíje. Data jsme získali pomocí pre-testu a post-testu, který zahrnoval hodnocení držení těla aspekcí, rozsah pohybu ramenního kloubu a krční páteře (goniometrie), pohybových stereotypů a subjektivních pocitů probanda pomocí ankety. Výsledky: U všech probandů došlo ke zlepšení hybnosti ramenního kloubu i krční páteře. U ramenního kloubu se pohyb zlepšil do flexe průměrně o 12ř, extenze o 8ř, abdukce o 15ř, zevní rotace o 18ř, vnitřní rotace a horizontální addukce o 7ř a horizontální abdukce o 2ř. Zlepšení držení těla se projevilo u 2 z 5 probandů. Pohybový stereotyp byl pozitivně ovlivněn ve dvou případech. Změna subjektivních pocitů v... Název: The utilization of the Feldenkrais method in shoulder rehabilitation Objectives: This thesis aims to investigate whether exercise with elements of the Feldenkrais method can positively influence the movement function in the cervicobrachial girdle area. Specifically, the extent of movement of the shoulder joint and cervical spine, movement pattern of shoulder abduction, overall posture and subjective body perception were tested. Method: It is qualitative-quantitative research in the form of quasi-experiment. Five probands, four women and one man, aged 26-68 years, underwent this research. The intervention consisted of six thirty-minute lessons that were conducted twice a week and focused on the shoulder and neck area. The data were obtained by pre-test and post-test, which included: evaluation of body posture by aspect, range of motion of the shoulder joint and cervical spine (goniometry) and movement stereotypes. The subjective feelings of the proband were obtained by using a survey. Results: All probands improved the mobility of the shoulder joint and cervical spine. In the shoulder joint, the movement improved on average: to flexion by 12ř, to extension by 8ř, to abduction by 15ř, to external rotation by 18ř, to internal rotation and horizontal adduction by 7ř and to horizontal abduction...
