Diplomová práce se zabývá novostavbou bytového domu v Prostějově. Cílem práce je vyhotovení projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Objekt je tvořen čtyřmi nadzemními, dvěma podzemními podlažími a plochou střechou. Jedná se o objekt obdélníkového půdorysu s odskočeným nejvyšším podlažím. Konstrukčním systémem bytového domu je železobetonovými monolitický skelet, ve 4.NP je kombinovaný se zděným systémem. Práce obsahuje přípravné a studijní práce, architektonicko-stavební řešení, požárně-bezpečnostní řešení objektu a techniku prostředí stavby. This thesis summarizes a project of new residential building in Prostejov. The goal of the thesis was to create documentation for the project´s design and implementation. The building consists of four floors above the ground, two underground floors and a flat roof. The building is rectangular shaped with a rebound of 4th floor above the ground. The structural system of the building is monolitic reinforced concrete system, with combined system in 4th floor. The thesis includes the preparatory and study reports, architectural and construction solutions, fire-safety of building and equipment solutions.
