Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni dokumentace pro provedení stavby polyfunkčního domu v Karviné. Jedná se o novostavbu, která je funkčně a dispozičně rozdělená na část komerční, část bytovou a část garáží. Polyfunkční dům disponuje čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází část komerční a tři následující podlaží jsou určeny pro bydlení. Podzemní podlaží je vyhrazeno parkovacím stáním. Objekt je navržen jako kombinace skeletového a stěnového systému a je založen na základových patkách a pasech. Střecha je navržená plochá vegetační. The subject of this thesis is elaboration of design documentation in the stage of documentation for the construction of mixed-use building in Karviná. It is a new building which is functionally and despositionally divided into commercial part, residential part and garage part. This mixed-use building disposes with four above-ground floors and one basement. On the first floor there is a commercial part, and the next three floors are intended for living. The basement is reserved for parking. The building is designed as a combination of frame and wall system and it is based on foundation pads and strips. The roof is designed flat and green.
