Cílem předložené rigorózní práce je identifikovat a charakterizovat moderní metody rozvoje pracovníků v kontextu talent managementu. Důraz byl kladen na využití kouchingu, mentoringu, sebeřízeného učení a e-learningu (webináře, online semináře, video learning a mobilní učení) při řízení kariéry a pracovního výkonu. Správně nastavený systém rozvoje a učení se na pracovišti umožňuje pracovníkům efektivní řízení pracovní kariéry. Získané znalosti a dovednosti mohou talentovaní využít v rámci tvůrčí činnosti a při rozvoji organizace. V teoretické části byla konceptualizována a sumarizována problematika dalšího profesního vzdělávání s důrazem na strategické řízení v rámci organizace. Podnikové vzdělávání tvoří pilíř a klíčový nástroj rozvoje pracovníků. Dále byla realizována analýza metod vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků primárně vytvořených či vhodných pro talentované dospělé jedince. Jako metodologické východisko bylo využito Gagného modelu nadání a talentu. Identifikace odlišností v přístupu k pracovníkům, kteří jsou zařazeni do programu talentovaných, a těch, kteří nejsou. Cílem výzkumné části bylo analyzovat metody vzdělávání a rozvoje talentovaných dospělých, sledovat frekvenci využití jednotlivých metod s důrazem na elektronické nástroje učení. Emphasis is placed on the use of couching, mentoring, self-learning and e-learning (webinars, online seminars, video learning and mobile learning) in career management and work performance. A well-designed workplace development and learning system allows employees to effectively manage their careers. The acquired knowledge and skills can be used by talented individuals in creative activities and the development of the organization. In the theoretical part, the issue of further professional education was conceptualized and summarized with an emphasis on strategic management within the organization. Business education is a pillar and a key tool for the development of workers. An analysis of the methods of education and development of workers primarily created or suitable for talented adult individuals will be carried out.
