Předkládaná disertační práce materiálově čerpá z dochované literární a knihovní pozůstalosti českého spisovatele a novináře Josefa Václava Friče (1829-1890), místně rozdělené a doposud neutříděné, s cílem vytvořit podklad pro budoucí práci s celým fondem v co nejširším spektru oblastí, počínaje pomůckou orientační až po zřetele badatelské a vědecké. Obsahuje seznamy Fričových rukopisů, dochovaných památek a archivovaných dokumentů, uložených v Literárním archivu Památníku národního písemnictví v Praze, katalog Fričovy osobní knihovny, uložené v Knihovně Národního muzea v Praze, s podrobným popisem proveniencí, a podrobnou autorskou bibliografii. Komentář k Fričovu fondu se soustřeďuje na genezi a historii sbírky a zohledňuje nejpozoruhodnější exempláře, do nichž Frič vpisoval své poznámky, kritické postřehy, organizační značky, náčrty a varianty vlastních básní, dodatečné korektury, nebo i šifrované zprávy. klíčová slova: Josef Václav Frič (1829-1890) - osobní knihovna - autorská bibliografie - výzkum knižních proveniencí - česká literatura 19. století The presented dissertation draws materially on the preserved literary and library estate of the Czech writer and journalist Josef Václav Frič (1829-1890), locally divided and so far not sorted, with the aim of creating a basis for future work with the entire fund in the widest possible range of areas, from the orientation aids to research and scientific. It contains lists of Frič's manuscripts, preserved monuments and archived documents, deposited in the Literary Archive of the Museum of National Literature in Prague, a catalog of Frič's personal library, stored in the National Museum Library in Prague, with a detailed description of provenance, and a detailed bibliography.
