I Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou oddílů. Nejprve je literárně přehledová část věnována teoretickému vymezení konce sportovní kariéry ve vrcholovém sportu. Dále se zaměřuje na prožívání sportovců v závislosti na dvou rozdílných druzích ukončení sportovní kariéry, předpokládaný konec a náhlý konec sportovní kariéry. Teoretická část také uvádí nejnovější možnosti intervencí ze sportovní psychologie. Ve druhém oddílu této bakalářské práce následuje návrh výzkumného projektu. Cíl tohoto výzkumného projektu je zmapovat způsob a proces ukončování sportovní kariéry vrcholových sportovců v České republice. Pro potřeby výzkumu je sestaven vzor otázek polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor bude veden sportovním psychologem, který bude proškolen speciálně pro požadavky tohoto výzkumného projektu. Výzkumný projekt je založen na kvalitativní metodologii se zaměřením na konec kariéry vrcholových sportovců. 4 Abstract This bachelor thesis is divided into two sections. It starts with a theoretical part, which is devoted to a theoretical demarcation of the end of careers in elite sport. Further the focus is on divergent experiencing of athletes, depending on two different types of career endings including presupposed ends and sudden ends of athletes' sport careers. Also, the theoretical part introduces the latest possibilities of intervention in sport psychology. The second part of this thesis follows with a suggestion for a research project. The aim of this research project is to present forms and processes of the ends of sport careers from elite athletes in the Czech Republic. For research purposes, a pattern of questions of a semi-structured interview is created. The interview will be conducted by sport psychologists, who will be trained for the special aim of the research project. The study is based on a qualitative methodology with focus on the end of careers from elite athletes.
