Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nejen základními funkcemi vietnamských jmen, ale částečně i jejich historickým vývojem do současnosti. Do popředí se dostává otázka týkající se změn po nabytí státního občanství České republiky. Obecná část se věnuje struktuře vietnamského jména, kde jsou do detailů popsány jejich funkce. Pro Čechy, zejména úředníky, kteří se dennodenně dostávají do styku s cizinci, obzvlášť Vietnamci, překážka nespočívá pouze ve výslovnosti, ale i v pořadí jednotlivých složek v slovování. Tento problém stále přetrvává i poté, co příslušníci vietnamské komunity získali status občana České republiky, a to zejména její jeden půltá a druhá generace. Zaměřuji se také do hloubky na práva a předpisy týkající se změn, kterým Vietnamci občanstvím musejí čelit. A to konkrétněji ve vietnamských jménech, kde je zahrnuto vypuštění složek a přechylování příjmení žen Praktická část práce tvoří empirický výzkum, kde rozhovory zjišťuji postoje a názory jak mladých Vietnamců, kteří se zde narodili nebo vyrůstali a plně se integrovali do české společnosti, tak i starší generace, jež jsou těmi, kteří svým dětem jména vybírají. Klíčová slova jméno, střední jméno, příjmení, tabu, nabytí státního občanství České This bachelor thesis deals with both the basic functions of Vietnamese names and their historical development to the present. The issue of changes following the acquisition of Czech citizenship comes to the forefront. The general part deals with the structure of the Vietnamese name, where their tasks are described in detail. For Czechs, primarily officials who get in contact with foreigners every day, especially with Vietnamese, the obstacle is not only in addressing them but also pronunciation as well as in the order of individual components of the name. This problem still persists after Vietnamese people have acquired the status of a citizen of the Czech Republic, mainly the one and a half and the second generation. I also focus in-depth on the rights and regulations of the changes that the Vietnamese have to face with dual citizenship, more specifically in Vietnamese names, where the deletion of the components and gender-specific last name are included. The practical part of the thesis consists of empirical research, where the interviews investigate the attitudes and opinions of both young Vietnamese who were born or grew up and fully integrated into the Czech society as well as the older generation who are the ones who choose the names for their children.
