Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo navrhnout motivační program pro zaměstnance společnosti. Zaměřila jsem se na oblast zaměstnaneckých benefitů a vlastního zájmu zaměstnanců. Navrhla jsem zaměstnavateli nákladově a administrativně nenáročné řešení poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod, které mají za úkol motivovat zaměstnance k vyšším výkonům a setrvání ve společnosti. Myslím si, že díky mé práci a vyčíslení nákladů společnost konečně pochopí, že pomocí benefitů může snížit své náklady. The main target of my master’s thesis was to design a motivation program for employees of a company. I focused on the range of employee benefits and personal needs of employees. I offered a low cost and administrative unexacting solution for providing employees benefits, which should motivate employees to stay in a company and encourage them to achieve and maintain a high standard of work. I hope, thanks to my thesis and all the calculations of necessary cost, that the company will finally understand that these benefits can reduce salary costs.
