V rámci bakalářské práce je provedena rešerše ke stavu techniky z pohledu tribologie, tváření hliníku, povlakování, strukturování a v závěru rozdělení tribologických zkoušek a metod jejich hodnocení. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny už dříve provedené pokusy na oscilačním tribometru. Následně byly provedeny pokusy tažení pásu s ohybem a bez ohybu s různými parametry pro jednotlivé zkoušky. Testovány byly různé laserové struktury (křížové, liniové, bodové) s variací jejich hloubky a pokrytí vzorků. V závěru práce jsou výsledky pokusů zhodnoceny z pohledu opotřebení, koeficientu tření a stability tribologického systému v průběhu pokusu. Z výsledků vychází doporučení pro následující pokusy a možné oblasti aplikace jednotlivých struktur. In the frame of this bachelor thesis the research to the state of the technology from the point of the view of tribology, aluminum forming, coating, structuring was realized. At the end of this part are described tribological tests and evaluation methods. In the practical part are evaluated previously performed experiments on oscillating tribometer. Subsequently,strip drawing test with and without bending were made with dierent process parameters. Various geometrical structures (cross, line, point) were tested with variations in their depth and degree of the coverage of samples. At the end of the work, the results of the experiments are evaluated in terms of wear, friction coecient and stability of the tribological system during the experiment. From the results recommendation are given for the following experiments and possible areas of application of individual structures.
