Diplomová práce se zabývá přístupy romských rodičů žijících v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách v Chomutově ke vzdělávání jejich dětí. V rámci práce je přiblížena problematika sociálního vyloučení v České republice a také v lokalitě města Chomutov. Práce informuje také o tzv. Strategickém plánu sociálního začleňování na období 2017 - 2020, který byl zpracován pro město Chomutov, ve spolupráci s vedením města a Agenturou pro sociální začleňování a detailně popisuje tzv. Místní plán inkluze, který tvoří důležitou součást Strategického plánu sociální začleňování. Dále se věnuje problematice vzdělanosti a vzdělávání u romských dětí, segregaci romských dětí ve školách, inkluzivnímu vzdělávání. S ohledem na splnění zadaného cíle pojednává práce také o romských rodičích, romských dětech a jejich žákovské roli, o jejich sociálním prostředí. Dále informuje o osobnosti učitele, který s romskými dětmi ve škole pracuje a jeho kompetencích. Jako metoda sběru dat byla pro účely dosažení zvoleného cíle použita metoda individuálních rozhovorů s romskými rodiči. V závěru této práce je uvedeno shrnutí výsledků analýzy a doporučení pro zlepšení přístupu romských rodičů v oblasti vzdělávání jejich dětí. Tato doporučení byla vytvořena na základě získaných dat z rozhovorů, které byly provedeny s romskými rodiči, romskou... The diploma thesis deals with the approaches of Roma parents living in socially excluded localities in Chomutov to the education of their children. The thesis deals with the issue of social exclusion in the Czech Republic and also in the locality of Chomutov. The thesis also informs about the so-called Strategic Plan for Social Inclusion for the years 2017-2020, which was prepared for the city of Chomutov, in cooperation with the city management and the Agency for Social Inclusion and describes in detail the Local Inclusion Plan, which forms an important part of the Strategic Plan for Social Inclusion . It also deals with the issue of education and education for Roma children, segregation of Roma children in schools, inclusive education. The work also deals with Roma parents, Roma children and their pupil role, their social environment with respect to the fulfillment of the given goal. Furthermore, it informs about the personality of a teacher who works with Roma children at school and his / her competences. As a method of data collection, the method of individual interviews with Roma parents was used to achieve the chosen goal.
