Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním stylů vedení lidí na vedoucích pozicích v prostředí pražských základních škol. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda ve školství, jakožto ve feminizovaném prostředí, lze uplatňovat teorii mužského a ženského leadershipu. Tato teorie leadershipu byla zatím ověřována v komerční sféře, a proto je i cílem tuto teorii rozšířit o oblast školství v prostředí základních škol v Praze. První teoretická část práce je věnována představení leadershipu a genderu. Druhá praktická část je věnována vyhodnocení rozhovorů a dotazníků a zkoumá spojitost mezi genderem a leadershipem. Strukturovaný rozhovor je zaměřen na styl vedení lidí doplněný o názor na genderovou tematiku samotných ředitelů a ředitelek škol. V rozhovoru jsou některé otázky zaměřeny i na osobnost leadera, která je v prostředí školství obzvláště důležitá. Dotazník, který ředitelé a ředitelky vyplňovali před realizací rozhovoru, je použit pro získání bližších informací o nich samotných a o jejich profesních zkušenostech. Na tematiku ženského a mužského leadershipu je nahlíženo i pohledem učitelů. Jejich názory na leadera, genderovou spolupráci mezi sebou a mezi jejich nadřízenými, byly zjišťovány formou on-line dotazníku. The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of leadership styles in leading positions in Prague primary schools. The aim of this work is to find out whether the theory of male and female leadership can be applied in education as a feminized environment. This theory of leadership has so far been verified in the commercial sphere, and therefore the goal is to extend this theory to the area of education in the primary school environment in Prague. The first theoretical part is devoted to introducing leadership and gender. The second practical part is devoted to the evaluation of interviews and questionnaires and examines the connection between gender and leadership. The structured interview is focused on the style of leadership, supplemented by the opinion on gender themes of men and women working as principal. In the interview, some questions are also focused on the personality of a leader who is particularly important in the school environment. The questionnaire, which the directors filled in before the realisation of the interview, is used to get more information about them and their professional experiences.
