Cílem práce bylo analyzovat a zhodnotit činnosti a kompetence sportovních manažerů v poloprofesionálních soutěžích. Během toho bylo zjištěno, že hlavním aspektem spolupráce klubů na úrovni A-týmu je doplňování týmu od profesionálních klubů. Nicméně, taková spolupráce neměla předem stanovené žádné cíle, o které by se opírala a ty by se v průběhu mohly kontrolovat. Pozitivní zjištění přišlo u spolupráce týkající se mládeže. Zde kluby spolupracují výrazně více, např. účastí trenérů z profesionálních klubů na trénincích mládeže. I samotné kluby tuto spolupráce hodnotili mnohem pozitivněji. Co se týče financí, manažeři poloprofesionálních klubů jsou většinou spokojeni s podporou měst/obcí, ve kterých kluby sídlí. Některé kluby se mohou těšit z poměrně významné podpory. Nedokonalosti byly nalezeny u partnerů klubů, především v době sjednané spolupráce. Jednoleté kontrakty nejsou vzhledem k budoucnosti klubu zcela ideální, proto je v zájmu manažerů, aby sjednávali dlouhodobější partnerství, případně z krátkodobých vytvářeli dlouhodobé. Poslední zkoumaná oblast byla zaměřena na zajišťování potřebného vybavení pro sportovce. Zjišťováno zde bylo, zda manažeři pořizují vybavení co nejefektivněji a zda delegují kompetence v této oblasti na jiné osoby. V případě, že ne, musí tyto kompetence řešit sami manažeři. K výše uvedeným bodům byly navrhnuty činnosti pro sportovní manažery, které by jim mohli pomoci v jejich denní práci. The goal of the work was analyse and evaluate activities and competences of sport managers in semi-professional competitions. Completing the team by players from professional clubs was found out as a main aspect of the cooperation during the survey. Nevertheless, this kind of cooperation had no predetermined goals, which could be controlled. A positive finding out has come in cooperation at the youth-level. The clubs cooperate much more here, for example by attending the coaches from the professional clubs at the practices of youths. Even the clubs evaluate this cooperation more positive. Regarding finances, the managers of semi-professional clubs are mostly satisfied with the support of towns, where are situated. Some clubs can take pleasure from the quite significant support. The shortcomings were occurred at the partners of clubs, primarily in the period of agreed cooperation. One-year contracts are not ideal considering the future of the clubs. Therefore, it is in the manager's own interest to negotiate bigger number of long-term partnerships, eventually try to replace the short-term partnerships by the long-term ones. The last surveyed field was focused on ensuring the equipment for sportsmen. There was found out if the managers buy the equipment as effectively as possible and if they delegate other persons by competences in this area. If not, these competences must be handled by the managers. To above mentioned points were suggested the activities for sport managers, which could be helpful for their daily work.
