Postoje a znalosti o očkování proti HPV III Autor: Andrea Říhová Školitel: PharmDr. Eva Zimčíková, Ph.D. Úvod S infekcí lidskými papilomaviry (HPV) se za život setká až 80 % světové populace. Více než 99 % případů karcinomu děložního čípku, který patří mezi druhé nejčastější maligní onemocnění žen na světě, je spojeno právě s infekcí HPV. Nejspolehlivější ochranou proti této infekci je očkování. Cíl práce Cílem práce bylo zjistit znalosti studentů středních škol o lidském papilomaviru a o onemocněních, které tyto viry způsobují. Dále zjistit proočkovanost proti HPV a postoje studentů k tomuto očkování. Metody Data k diplomové práci byla získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo v roce 2018 na dvou středních školách v Ústeckém kraji. Celkem bylo použito 291 dotazníků. Respondenti byli ve věku 15-19 let. Data byla poté zpracována pomocí počítačového programu Microsoft Excel. Ke statistickému zhodnocení dat byly použity t-test a Pearsonův chí-kvadrát. Výsledky Ženy tvořily 73,5 % respondentů, průměrný věk byl 17 let. Mezi dotazovanými převládali nevěřící (93,5 %) a nekuřáci (92,4 %). Pouze jeden ze studentů neznal pojem rakovina děložního čípku, či rakovina penisu. Více než polovina studentů (56,7 %) již někdy slyšela o očkování proti lidskému papilomaviru. More than 99% cases of cervical cancer, which belongs to the second most common malignancy of women, is associated with HPV infection. The most reliable protection against this infection is vaccination. Aims The aim of the work was to find out knowledge of high school students about human papillomavirus and diseases caused by these viruses. In addition, find out the vaccine coverage rate against HPV and attitudes of students to this vaccination. Methods Data for this diploma thesis were obtained by survey, which took place at two high schools in the Usti Region in 2018. Overall, 291 questionnaires were used. Respondents were in age of 15-19. Data were processed by computer program Microsoft Excel. The t-test and Pearson's chi-squared test were used to statistically evaluate the data. Results Average age of the respondents was 17 years and 73.5% of respondents were women. Non- believers (93.5%) and non-smokers (92.4%) predominated among the respondents.
