Předmětem bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace bytového domu pro provedení stavby. Mezi hlavním cíle práce patří návrh dispozičního, konstrukčního a materiálového řešení. Bytový dům je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní podsklepený objekt. Objekt je založen na základových pasech a patkách z prostého betonu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z vápenopískových tvárnic. Obvodové zdivo je zatepleno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou z monolitického železobetonu. Střecha je řešena jako plochá jednoplášťová. V bytovém domě se nachází 9 bytů, nebytové prostory, hromadná garáž a technická místnost. Objekt má bezbariérový přístup a nachází se v něm 1 bezbariérový byt. Za bytovým domem je navrženo parkoviště. Objekt byl posouzen z hlediska požární bezpečnosti, tepelné techniky, akustiky, proslunění a denního osvětlení a vyhověl všem investičním i normativním požadavkům. The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation for construction of apartment house. The main goals include designing a layout and creating structural and material solutions. Apartment house is situated on a plain terrain. It is a building with 4 above-ground floors and a basement. The building is based on foundation strips and pads made out of concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of sand-lime blocks. External walls are insulated by external thermal insulating composite system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. There are 9 dwelling units in the apartment house, together with common premises, mass garage and an utility room. The building is accessible and so is one of the flats. There is also a car park behind the building. The building has been assessed in fire safety, thermal, acoustic and insolation viewpoints and met all requirements of both the investor and given norms.
