Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení novostavby bytového domu v katastrálním území Nový Hradec Králové, na území města Hradec Králové. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící o čtyřech nadzemních podlažích. Bytový dům se skládá z 13 bytových jednotek. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. Veškeré zděné konstrukce jsou z cihelných tvárnic Porotherm, s výjimkou výtahové šachty, která je zhotovena ze železobetonu. Obvodový plášť je zateplen kontaktní tepelnou izolací etics. Vnitřní schodiště je monolitické, železobetonové. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou a nosný prvek tvoří železobetonová stropní deska spojitá. Výkresová část je zpracována v programu ArchiCAD, vizualizace jsou provedeny v programu Lumion. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentation concerning the construction of a new apartment building in the cadastral area of Hradec Králové in the territory of the town of Hradec Králové. The building is designed as a stand alone four story building. The apartment building constitutes of 13 apartment units. The object is based on the foundation strips. All brick structures are made out of Porotherm brick blocks, with the exception of the elevator shaft, which is made out of reinforced concrete. The building envelope is insulated with the Etics contact thermal insulation. The internal staircase is monolithic, made out of reinforced concrete. The object is roofed by a flat roof and the load-bearing element is made out of continuous reinforced concrete slab. The blueprint was processed using the ArchiCAD program, and the visualizations were processed using the Lumion program.
