Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu. Objekt je navržen jako třípodlažní ve svažitém terénu směřujícím na jižní stranu. Vstup do domu je orintovám ze severovýchodní strany. V této části je dále umístěno zádveří, garáž, chodba se schodišťovým prostorem, koupela s wc, pokoj pro hosty, dětský pokoj, pracovna, Obývací pokoj s jídelnou a kuchyně se vstupem na terasu. Ve 2.NP se nachází klidová zóna složená z dětského pokoje, ložnice se šatnou, WC, koupelna a sklad na potřeby. V 1.PP se nachází technická místnost, sklad potravin, chodba s regály, posezení s kuchyňským koutem, WC, relaxační místnost a sklad zahradnického nářadí. Z části 1.PP jsou 2 vchody na zahradu. Společenská i klidová zóna jsou převážně orientovány na jižní a východní stranu s výhledem. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických bloků. Stropy jsou skládané z panelových dílců spiroll. Objekt je zastřešen nad 1.NP plochou vegetační střechou se sklonem 2% a nad 2.NP valbovou střechou z příhradových sbíjených vazníků. This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house. The building is designed as a free-storey house on a sloping terrain facing the south side. The entrance of the house is oriented the north-eastern side. In the same section of the house there is also vestibule, garage, hallway with staircase, bathroom with a toilet, guest room, a children room, workroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen with access to the terace. On the sekond floor there is a priváte priváte zone whitch consists of children room, a bedroom with dressing room, toilet, bathroom and werehause for needs. In the underground floor there is technical room, a food store, corridor with shelves, sitting with kitchenette, toilet, relaxation room and garden tools. In the underground floor are two extrances to the garden. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south and east which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceilings are composed of panel spiroll. The building is covered above the 1st floor with a vegetation roof with a slope of 2% and over the 2nd floor with a hut roof made of trussed trusses.
