Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytového domu. Bytový dům se nachází v Jihomoravském kraji v obci Stanoviště. Bytový dům je samostatně stojící v mírně svažitém terénu, má jedno podzemní podlaží a čtyři nadzemní podlaží. Podzemní podlaží slouží pro domovní vybavení, nachází se zde sklepní kóje, kočárkárna, technická místnost, herna a úklidová místnost. Zbývající čtyří nadzemní podlaží slouží pro bydlení, nachází se zde 12 bytových jednotek. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou vyzděny z keramických dutinových bloků HELUZ, po obvodu zatepleno kontaktním zateplení ETICS. Zdivo je založeno na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou železobetonové monolitické. Střecha je tvořena, jako plochá jednoplášťová. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for the construction of the apartment house. The apartment building is located in the South Moravian Region in the municipality of Stanoviště. The apartment building is detached in a slightly sloping terrain, has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor is used for house equipment, there is a cellar, a pram room, a utility room, a games room and a cleaning room. The remaining four floors are used for housing, there are 12 housing units. The vertical supporting structures are lined with ceramic hollow blocks HELUZ, insulated with ETICS contact insulation along the perimeter. Masonry is based on plain concrete foundations. Vertical supporting structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is formed as a flat single-skinned roof.
