Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu. Jedná se o bytový dům umístěný ve Zlíně, v jeho místní části Prštné. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a částečně podsklepený suterén. Nosný systém je stěnový příčný. Založení stavby je provedeno na základových pasech. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy ve zděné technologii z keramických broušených cihel. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce budou provedeny železobetonové monolitické s vetknutím do příčných nosných stěn. Střecha je plochá se zatěžovací vrstvou z praného říčního kameniva. Podlahové konstrukce jsou navrženy těžké, plovoucí. Zateplení fasády je navrženo grafitovým expandovaným polystyrenem v certifikovaném systému ETICS. The aim of this bachelor thesis is processing of the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. This apartment building is located in Zlín in the local part Prštné. In the building there are three above-ground floor with a partial basement. Structural system is transversal wall. The foundation construction is designed on the foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed cast-in-place reinforced concrete with fix into the loadbearing transversal walls. The roof is flat with washed river aggregates loading layer. The floor constructions are designed heavy, floating. The thermal insulation of the facade is designed of graphite expanded polystyrene in an ETICS certified system.
