Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh čtyřpodlažního bytového domu s bezbariérovými byty. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní, zastřešený vazníkovou střechou. V podzemním podlaží se nachází 3 samostatné garáže. Stavba je umístěna v obci Velké Meziříčí na pozemku parcelního čísla 3800/30, katastrálního území Velké Meziříčí. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrhnuty z keramických tvarovek. Stropy jsou keramické a střecha je řešena jako sedlová s vazníky. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. Součást návrhu je tepelně technické posouzení, akustické posouzení a požárně bezpečnostní posouzení. The topic of bachelor´s thesis is design four storey apartment house with barrier-free apartments. The building is four storey, roofed truss roof. There are three garage units and storage area underground. The building is located on plot of number 3800/32 in the village Velke Mezirici, cadastral area Velke Mezirici. The vertical constructions are designed from a construction system made of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are ceramic and the roof is hipped with trusses. The thesis provides documentation for realization of the construction. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment.
