Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací hrubé spodní stavby nové výrobní haly firmy MONTGAS a.s. v Hodoníně na ulici U Kyjovky. Součástí této technologické etapy je realizace zemních prací, štěrkodrťových ražených pilot FRANKI, železobetonových ražených pilot FRANKI, monolitických železobetonových patek, prahů a pasů, zeminové desky, podkladních vrstev a železobetonových vrstev podlah objektu včetně drátkobetonové desky a monolitické železobetonové konstrukce lakovny uvnitř výrobní haly. Součástí je i hydroizolace a zateplení základových konstrukcí. Obsahem práce je technologie provádění zemních prací a všech ražených pilot, a to formou technologického předpisu. Náklady na stavbu jsou zapracovány v položkovém rozpočtu vytvořeném s podporou studentské verze programu BUILDpowerS s výkazem výměr. Časový plán je zapracován v harmonogramu vytvořeném s podporou studentské verze programu CONTEC. Jsou vypracovány plány pro zajištění kvality i bezpečnosti během výstavby. The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the gross substructure of the new production hall of the company MONTGAS a.s. in Hodonín on the street U Kyjovky. Part of this technological phase is the realization of earthworks, driven gravel FRANKI piles, driven reinforced concrete FRANKI piles, cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation pads, sills and strip foundations, soil slab, base layers and reinforced concrete floors of the building including steel fibre reinforced concrete slab and cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure of the paint shop inside the production hall. It also includes damp proof layer and insulation of foundation structures. The content of this work is the technology of earthworks and all piles in the form of technological regulation. Construction costs are calculated in an itemized budget from student version of the BUILDpowerS software with a bill of quantities. The schedule is drawn up in the form of a schedule from student version of the CONTEC software. Plans are in place to ensure both quality and safety during construction.
