Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá riešením investičného projektu "Predajňa a servis vozidiel značky Ford v Žiline". Práca je venovaná stanoveniu peňažných tokov a hodnoteniu ekonomickej efektívnosti projektu realizácie a jeho výhodnosti z ekonomickej stránky. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na teóriu a vysvetlenie pojmov, najmä na základné pojmy podnikateľského zámeru a priblíženie problematiky, stanovenie priorít a ciele. Teória predstavuje najčastejšie používané ukazovatele hodnotenia projektov a možnosti financovania. Druhá je praktická časť s výpočtami, ktorá aplikuje teóriu do praxe a skutočnosti. Záverom práce je vyhodnotenie projektu. The bachelor thesis deals with the solution of the investment project "Predajňa a servis vozidiel značky Ford v Žiline". The work is devoted to the determination of cash flows and the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the implementation project and its profitability from the economic point of view. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory and explanation of terms, especially the basic concepts of business plan and approaching issues, setting priorities and goals. The theory is the most commonly used indicators of project evaluation and funding options. The second is the practical part with calculations, the application of theory to practice and reality. The conclusion of the thesis is a project evaluation.
