Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nájemního bydlení v České republice. V první části zhodnocuje současnou situaci bytového fondu ČR a dostupnost bydlení. Je zaměřena na nájemní bydlení včetně jeho právní úpravy. V druhé části je řešena vlastní bytová potřeba, ve které dochází ke srovnání nákladů na pořízení nájemního a vlastnického bydlení. Tato část je zaměřena na Brno a jeho městskou část Brno-Líšeň. Celá analýza řešení obou forem bydlení je provedena na modelovém příkladu. Výsledkem je porovnání a výběr lepší varianty pro budoucí bydlení. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of rental housing in the Czech Republic. The first part evaluates the current situation of the housing stock of the Czech Republic and the availability of housing. It focuses on rental housing including its legislation. The second part deals with own housing needs, in which the cost of attainment of rental and owner-occupied housing is compared. This part is focused on Brno and its city district Brno-Líšeň. The whole analysis of the solution of both forms of housing is carried out on a model example. The result is a comparison and selection of a better option for future housing.
