Tato práce se zabývá popisem způsobů měření textury povrchu, popisuje přístroje, pomocí nichž lze texturu těchto povrchů zaznamenávat a popisuje parametry, které umožňují texturu povrchu kvantifikovat. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením a srovnáním parametrů řezaných a tvářených metrických závitů M10 pomocí analýzy jejich průřezů, poté je zaměřena pozornost na analýzu tlakových sil a točivých momentů při výrobě jednotlivých závitů a v poslední části práce je obsaženo ekonomické hodnocení nákladů na výrobu jednoho kusu řezaného závitu. This paper deals with the description of the surface texture measurement methods, describes the devices by which the surface texture can be recorded and describes the parameters that allow the surface texture to be quantified. The practical part deals with the evaluation and comparison of the parameters of metric threads M10 made by cutting and forming by analysis of their cross-sections, then the attention is focused on the analysis of pressure forces and torques which occur during the manufacture and in the last part of the thesis there is an economic evaluation of the cost of manufacturing one piece of cut thread.
