Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rizik v oblasti marketingové komunikaci společnosti Auto Com s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí, z nichž první je teoretická část, druhá je analýza problému a současného stavu a poslední část se týká navrhnutých změn. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy marketingu a také vysvětlení pojmu rizik. Analytická část je věnována analýze současného stavu společnosti a plynoucím rizikům z jednotlivých analýz, které by mohla společnost ohrozit. V poslední návrhové části jsou navrhnuty možné změny řešení pro zlepšení marketingové komunikace, jejich finanční zhodnocení a harmonogram uskutečnění. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risks in the area of marketing communication of the company Auto Com s.r.o. The thesis is divided into several parts, the first one is the theoretical part, the second one is focused on solving the current state. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of marketing and also explains the concept of risks. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the company and the resulting risks from individual analyzes, which could threaten the company. In the last part of the proposal, possible changes in the solution for improving marketing communication, thein financial evaluation and the timetable of implementation are proposed.
