Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací rizik za použití vybraných metod ekonomické a strategické analýzy ve společnosti Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. Ke zjištění rizik budou provedeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí za pomoci analýz PESTLE, Porterovy analýzy, McKinseyho 7S, vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy, SWOT analýzy a rizikovou analýzu pomocí metody RIPRAN. Z výsledků provedených analýz budou vyhodnocena rizika. Na tyto rizika budou navržena doporučení, která by měla vést k jejich snížení a zlepšení situace ve společnosti. Master’s thesis focused on the risk identification with application of selected strategic and economic analyses of the company Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. External and internal analysis will be performed by PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces, McKinsey 7S analysis, selected financial analyses indicators, SWOT analysis and risk analysis by RIPRAN analysis. Risks will be evaluated from the results of analyses. For this risks will be suggested recommendations, which should lead to their decrease and improve the situation in the company.
