Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem 3D tiskárny na beton určené pro tisk stavebních prvků, které nelze vyrobit tradičními metodami. Dále tiskárna umožňuje testování nových stavebních materiálů a jejich struktur v oblasti 3D tisku. V práci je provedena rešerše zabývající se existujícími metodami 3D tisku betonu a druhem tiskáren. Dále jsou zde popsány hlavní části tiskárny a jejich druhy. V druhé kapitole je provedena analýza poznatků z rešeršní části práce a výběr vhodného typu tiskárny. Praktická část se pak zabývá stanovením tří druhů koncepčního řešení, kde po porovnání z několika hledisek je vybrána jedna konkrétní varianta. Následující kapitola obsahuje detailní konstrukční návrh zvoleného koncepčního řešení, kde na základě sil a momentů vznikajících při tisku jsou voleny polohovací systémy, lineární vedení a pohony. Výsledkem je konstrukce rámové tiskárny využívající portálový systém tří na sebe kolmých os. Tiskárnu lze, díky své velikosti, umístit do výrobní haly, či do venkovních prostor. This bachelor thesis deals with a structural design of 3D printer for concrete used for printing building elements which cannot be made by traditional methods. Printer allows testing new building materials and their structure in a part of 3D printing. In the thesis, the research was conducted into existing 3D concrete printing methods and kinds of printers. Next follows description of main parts of printer and their types. In the second chapter is analysed knowledge described in the previous chapter and based of the findings is chosen the most appropriated solution. The design part of the thesis specifies three types of conceptual solutions which are compared with multiple aspects and one of them is selected. The following chapter contains a detailed design of the selected conceptual solution, where positioning systems, linear guides and drives chosen based on the forces and moments arising during printing. The result is a frame printer design using a portal system of three mutually perpendicular axes. Due to its size, the printer can be placed outdoors or in a production hall.
