Bakalárska práca je zameraná na vytvorenie podnikateľského zámeru pre založenie podniku. Podnikateľský zámer je vypracovaný pre podnik, ktorý ponúka svoje služby v oblasti online marketingu. Na základe vypracovaného plánu môže byť založený podnik, ktorý bude schopný eliminovať nedostatky a riziká, ktoré sa môžu vyskytnúť pri založení spoločnosti a v prvých rokoch prevádzky. This bachelor's thesis focuses on creating a business plan for establishing a company. The business plan has been designed for an enterprise that offers online marketing services. Based on the proposed plan an enterprise might be set up. Such an enterprise will be capable of eliminating potential drawbacks and reducing risks that might occur during the establishment and first years of operation.
