Cieľom seminárnej práce je vypracovanie konkrétneho podnikateľského plánu. Zahŕňa tri časti: teoretickú, v ktorej sú vysvetlené základné ekonomické pojmy. Ďalej analytickú, ktorá je zameraná na zhodnotenie aktuálnej situácie na trhu a praktickú, v ktorej sú vypracované jednotlivé časti podnikateľského zámeru ako marketingový plán, finančný plán a návratnosť investície. Podnikateľský subjekt sa bude venovať predaju športového vybavenia. The aim of seminar‘s thesis is to draw up a business plan. It includes three parts, where in theoretical one, there is interpretation of economic theory. Second part is about analysing and evaluating the actual situation on the market. In the third part there are aims of company and parts of plan how to achieve them, like: marketing strategy, financial plan and a return of invested capital. Businessman would like to be a seller of sports equipment.
