Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení finanční situace firmy MVVS s.r.o. a návrhy na její zlepšení. Pro výpočty jsem použil roky 2012 až 2018. První část mé práce je zaměřená na teorii, kde jsem objasnil pojmy, metody a vzorce, které se v mé práci vyskytují. V druhé části jsem představil firmu MVVS s.r.o., provedl jsem kompletní finanční analýzu a následně jsem shrnul veškeré výsledky. Na závěr jsem navrhl řešení, jak výslednou situaci zlepšit. This Bachelor’s thesis is focused on an evaluation of financial situation of the company MVVS Inc. and on proposals of its improvement. For the calculations I have used years 2012 - 2018. The first part of this thesis aims at theory. Terms, methods, and formulas, which occur in this theses, are described. In the second part of this thesis, the company MVVS Inc. is introduced. I conducted a full financial analysis and then I summarized all results. As a conclusion, I suggested a solution which would improve the situation of this company.
