Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem restaurace RACEK, a to otevřením nové provozovny. Zaměřuje se na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s podnikatelským záměrem a následně je v souladu s teoretickými poznatky zpracován podnikatelský plán. Na základě výsledků poté doporučím realizovat celou investici nebo jen její část. The bachelor thesis deals with the business plan of the RACEK restaurant by opening a new branch. It focuses on the definition of basic concepts related to the business plan and then the business plan is elaborated on the basis of theoretical knowledge. On the basis of the results, I then recommend to realize the whole investment or just a part of it.
