Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským plánem, konkrétně rozšířením podnikatelského portfolia. Tímto rozšiřujícím produktem by mělo být rychloupínací zařízení, které slouží k rychlé instalaci a demontáži vrtulí na UAV. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část pojednává o teoretických poznatcích z oblasti podnikové ekonomiky a marketingu. Druhá část se zabývá popisem produktu a analýzou současného stavu. Ve třetí části je navržen postup uvedení produktu na trh, na základě teoretických poznatků a provedených analýz, který povede ke zmíněnému rozšíření produktového portfolia. This bachelor's thesis deals with business plan specifically extension of business portfolio. This portfolio should be enlarged by Quick Release System which allows quick assembly and dismantling propellers from UAVs. The dissertation is divided into three main parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge in the field of business economy and marketing. The second chapter is dedicated to description of product and analysis of the current state. The third part contains suggestion of introduction Quick Release System to the market based on theoretical knowledge and performed analysis.
