Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesním řízením zakázky ve výrobním podniku ŽĎAS, a.s., který je strojírenskou společností. V první části je zaměřena na teoretická východiska, která se k dané problematice vztahují. Další část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu v podniku. Na základě této analýzy je v další části navrženo řešení, které vede ke zlepšení průběhu zakázky. This bachelor thesis deals with the process management of the contract in the production company ZDAS, a.s., which is an engineering company. The first part focuses on the theoretical background that deals with the problem. The next part is focused on the analysis of the current situation in the company. Based on this analysis, a solution is proposed in the next part, which leads to an improvement of the order of the contract.
