Tématem bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského záměru firmy, konkrétně kavárny. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of a company business plan; particularly a cafe. The thesis uses theory, provides an analysis of the environment, possible risks and outlines the operation of a newly established company.
