Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vybrané společnosti KAROSERIA, a. s., která se specializuje na pronájem nemovitostí. Práce zahrnuje analýzu PESTLE, Porterův model 5 sil, analýzu „7S“, vybrané ukazatele metody a ukazatele finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzu. V poslední části této diplomové práce jsou uvedeny vlastní návrhy pro zlepšení zjištěného stavu. The Diploma´s thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company KAROSERIA, a. s., which specializes in renting its own real property. This thesis includes analyses of PESTLE, Porter´s 5 forces model, “7S” analysis, selective methods and indexes of financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part of this diploma thesis provides suggestions for improvements.
