Předmětem této diplomové práce je pomocí vybraných metod analyzovat společnost Lékárna s. r. o. Postupně je analyzováno vnější a vnitřní prostředí. Dále je proveden Kralickův Quick test. Výsledkem práce je stanovení návrhů a doporučení ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu. The object of this master´s thesis is to analyse economic situation in the company Lékárna s. r. o. by used methods. The external and internal structure is gradually analyzed. Furter, Kralick´s Quick Test is performed. The result of the thesis is the identification of suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the state.
