Diplomová práce se zabývá průběhem řízení zakázky ve společnosti XYZ s.r.o. Práce obsahuje tři hlavní části. První částí je vyhodnocení teoretických přístupů k řešení, které je sestaveno na základě odborné literatury. Další část tvoří analýza současného stavu organizace, kde je popsána problematika průběhu řízení zakázky v organizaci. Na základě této analýzy jsou sestavena návrhová řešení zakázkového řízení vedoucí k tvorbě přidané hodnoty ke každé činnosti ke splnění požadavků zákazníka. Master thesis deals with the order management process in the company XYZ Ltd. The thesis contains three main parts. The first part is evaluation of theoretical approaches to the solution, which is based on the literature. The next part is an analysis of the current state of the organization, where the issue of the order management in the organization is described. Based on this analysis , customized proposal solutions are made, to create added value for each activity to meet customer requirements.
