Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a aplikací standardu ISA 95 na model poloautomatického pracoviště barmana. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá popisem modelů standardu ISA 95, dále pak popisem platformy FactoryTalk a produkty, jenž platforma nabízí v souvislosti se standardem ISA 95. Následuje popis konstrukce pracoviště barmana a výběr jeho programového vybavení, včetně průmyslového standardu EtherNet/IP. V praktické části je proveden návrh dávkového řízení a jeho aplikace. Na jehož základě dochází k návrhu a implementaci standardu ISA 95 pomocí produktů firmy Rockwell Automation. V poslední kapitole se práce zabývá ověřením funkčnosti celkového návrhu systému, ze kterého vyplývá celkové zhodnocení výkonnosti a výrobní nedostatky zařízení. This diploma thesis deals with the design and application of the ISA 95 standard for a semi-automatic barman machine. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the description of the ISA 95 models, together with FactoryTalk platform and its products related to the ISA 95 standard. In the practical part batch procedure is designed and applied on the machine. Based on this, implementation of standard ISA 95 using Rockwell Automation products is made. The last chapter of this thesis deals with verification of functionality and overall system design, from which concludes an overall machine performance and production deficiencies.
