Tato diplomová práce se zabývá urbanisticko-architektonickou studií nové obytné lokality na místě bývalého areálu umělecko-průmyslových závodů v Bučovicích. Jedná se o brownfields v blízkosti bučovického zámku v historické centrální zóně města. Návrh je zaměřen na urbanisticko-architektonické řešení celého území včetně koncepční úvahy, která reaguje na možnosti a limity zástavby průmyslového areálu se zaměřením na novostavbu a architektonický novotvar v historickém prostředí. This diploma thesis deals with the urban-architectural study of a new residential location on the place of the former area of the artistic-industrial enterprises in Bučovice. It is a brownfields near the Bučovice castle in the historic central zone of the town. The proposal focuses on the urban-architectural solution of the whole area including the conceptual consideration which responds to the possibilities and limits of the development of the industrial complex with a focus on the new building and architectural neoplasm in the historical surroundings.
