Bakalářská práce na téma Technologický projekt výroby hřídele se zabývá problematikou obráběcích procesů za účelem realizace výroby v podmínkách sériové výroby, a to na základě výkresu součásti, kdy je postupně stanoven vhodný materiál a polotovar pro následující technologické postupy. Tomu jsou přiřazeny vhodné stroje a nástroje, dále je provedeno technickoekonomické zhodnocení související s procesem výroby. Závěrem bude využito CAD/CAM technologií, součást v podobě prototypu bude vyrobena na CNC stroji za pomocí softwaru Edgecam. Bachelor thesis on Technological design of shaft production deals with machining processes in order to realization of production in the conditions of series production, based on the drawing of the part, when the appropriate material and semi-finished product is gradually determined following technological process. This is assigned to suitable machines and tools, the technical economic evaluation related to the production process is carried out. In conclusion it will be used CAD/CAM technology, the prototype component will be made on CNC machine using Edgecam software.
