Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vlastností, využití a problematiku frézování Inconelu 718 pro aplikace v leteckém průmyslu. V teoretické části této práce byla provedena studie superslitin a požadavků na jejich vlastnosti pro uplatnění v letadlových motorech. Dále jsou zde popsány třídy obrobitelnosti, řezné materiály a samotný proces frézování se shrnutím poznatků o frézování Inconelu 718. Experimentální část se zabývá měřením a vyhodnocením silového zatížení při frézování Inconelu 718 nástroji ze slinutého karbidu a řezné keramiky. Bachelor thesis is aimed at exploring the properties, usage and issues with milling of the Inconel 718 for aerospace applications. In the theoretical part a study of superalloys and their properties for successfull application in aircraft engines was conducted. Further the machinability classes, cutting materials and process of milling focusing on milling of the Inconel 718 are described. The experimental part deals with measuring and evaluation of cutting forces when milling the Inconel 718 with cemented carbide and ceramic cutting tools.
