Předmětem práce je návrh a stavební řešení viladomu na nároží ulic Roubalova a Helceltova v brněnských Stránicích. Dům je umístěn ve vilové čtvrti, která je charakteristická solitérními stavbami, především ze začátku minulého století. V přilehlém okolí se nachází vily od známých architektů, jako jsou například Bohuslav Fuchs, Jindřich Kumpošt a další. Na zástavbu je navázáno jednoduchou hmotou, kdy jediné členění tvoří vystupující kubusy, které jsou pro oblast typické. Samotný tvar je dán tvarem pozemku a profilem terénu. Fasáda hmoty je tvořena kamennými deskami, které reflektují vznešenost okolní zástavby. Hmotu odlehčují velmi subtilní tenkostěnné ocelové balkóny, přičemž každý byt disponuje alespoň jedním. Dům je navržen jako čtyřpodlažní, o třech mezonetových bytových jednotkách. Parkování je zajištěno v podzemním podlaží, ve kterém se nachází šest parkovacích stání a úložné prostory pro každý byt. Projekt byl vytvořen v programech Archicad, Sketchup, V-Ray a Photoshop. The topic of the thesis is a design and a construction solution of a residential building on the Roubalova street in Brno. The house is located in a residential area characterized by solitary structures, especially from the beginning of the last century. In the surrounding area there are villas of famous architects such as Bohuslav Fuchs, Jindrich Kumpošt and others. I tried to incorporate the building with its simple form to which I added protruding cubes, typical for the area. The shape itself is determined by the shape of the plot and the terrain profile. The facade is made of stone slabs that reflect the magnificence of the surrounding area. The whole mass is lightened by very subtle thin-walled steel bay windows, each apartment consists of at least one. The house is designed as a four-story building, with three duplex apartments. Parking is provided in the underground floor, with six parking spaces and storage space for each apartment.
