Zadáním bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby Viladomu v Masarykově čtvrti v Brně, městské části Stránice. Zadaný pozemek leží mezi ulicemi Roubalova a Helceletova. Objekt byl navrhován s ohledem na okolní zástavbu. Objekt drží uliční čáru. Podzemní podlaží je řešeno pro parkování a skladovací prostory, obsahuje samostatné sklepy k jednotlivým bytům. První podlaží je věnováno společným prostorům a samostatnému bytu, druhé nadzemní podlaží tvoří dva samostatné byty. Třetí nadzemní podlaží obsahuje největší samostatný byt a čtvrté nadzemní podlaží je přerozděleno mezi jednotlivé byty. Hlavní vstup do objektu je přímý a bezbariérový z ulice Roubalova. Vjezd pro auta je přístupný z ulice Helceletova. By submitting the bachelor thesis is the design of the new building Viladom in Masaryk District in Brno, District of Stránice. The specified plot lies between the Roubalova Street and the Helceletova Street. The building was designed with respect to the surrounding area. The object respects the street line. The underground floor is designed for the parking and storage areas, it has separate cellars to individual apartments. The first floor is dedicated to common areas and a separate flat, the second floor consists of two separate apartments.The third above ground floor contains the largest independent apartment and fourth floor is redistributed among the individual apartments. The floor is dedicated to terraces and living quarters. The main entrance to the building is direct and barrier-free from the Roubalova Street. Entrance for cars is accessible from the Helceletova Street.
