Diplomová práca sa zaoberá Priemyslom 4.0, kde sa postupne rozoberajú všetky podstatné elementy Priemyslu 4.0. Dalej sú popísané kolaboratívne roboty a ich špecifikácie a následne na to, je zobrazený trh s týmito robotmi. Na Priemysel 4.0 je vytvorená robotizovaná bunka s kolaboratívnym robotom ABB Yumi, ktorá má slúžiť na školské účely. Na túto vytvorenú robotizovanú bunku je zobrazená vzorová úloha. Na robotizované pracovisko je v poslednej časti práce vytvorená analýza rizík. Celý tento protokol o analýze rizík je v prílohe. The diploma thesis is focused on Industry 4.0, where all essential elements of Industry 4.0 are gradually being discussed. This thesis presents the collaborative robots and their specifications are described and then the market for these robots is depicted. Subsequently, the robot cell is designed with collaborative robots ABB Yumi to serve the educational purposes. This created robotic cell is displayed exemplary role. In the last part of the thesis a risk analysis is created for this robotized workplace. This entire Risk Analysis Protocol is attached.
