Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem projektové dokumentace bytového domu v Poličce, který je řešen jako třípodlažní, částečně podsklepený, s plochou střechou v mírně svažitém terénu. Pohledově i konstrukčně se jedná o jednoduchou stavbu, která svým charakterem i výrazem nenarušuje zástavbu v lokalitě Bezručova a je v souladu s územním plánováním města Poličky a jejími platnými regulativy zástavby. V objektu se nachází celkem 12 bytových jednotek, sklepní prostory budou využívány pro technická zařízení s 12 sklepními kójemi, které budou k dispozici majitelům bytových jednotek. Objekt je zděný, zateplen tepelně izolačními fasádními deskami. The bachelor thesis “Apartment house Polička” is focused on the creation of project documentation for a block of flats, which has three floors, a partial basement and a flat roof and is built in mildly steep ground. From the constructional point of view it is a simple building which does not disrupt built-up area in Bezručova locality and is in compliance with local planning of the town Polička and its valid housebuilding regulations. In the building there are 12 flats. The area of basement will be used for technical devices and 12 cellar cells will be at the disposal of the flat owners. The building is masonry and thermally insulated by facade boards.
