Tato práce se zabývala charakterizací organických polovodivých materiálů. Nejprve byly metodou termogravimetrie zjištěny teploty degradací. Dále byly pomocí diferenční skenovací kalorimetrie zjištěny změny v molekulách v závislosti na teplotě. Na závěr byly pomocí OFET charakterizací změřeny pohyblivosti nosičů náboje a jejich změny v závislosti na teplotě. This thesis deals with characterisation of organic semiconductive materials. At first degradation temperatures were discovered by using thermogravimetric analysis. Then by using differencial scanning calorimetry were discovered changes in molecules depending on temperature. In the end of this thesis by OFET characterisation charge carrier mobilities were measured and their dependence on temperature.
