Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je ocenenie rodinného domu pred a po rekonštrukcii v troch rôznych lokalitách odstupňovaných podľa počtu obyvateľov. Pre ocenenie sú pouţité tri vybrané metódy a to: nákladová metóda podľa oceňovacieho predpisu (cena časová), porovnávacia metóda podľa oceňovacieho predpisu a metóda priameho porovnania. V nákladovej metóde je brané do úvahy konštrukčné riešenie rodinného domu v oboch stavoch, pozemok je ocenený priamym porovnaním V porovnávacej metóde podľa oceňovacieho predpisu sú zohľadnené kľúčové indexy. V metóde priameho porovnania pracujeme s databázou rodinných domov v danom rozsahu jednotlivých lokalít. The main aim of Diploma thesis is to evaluate the family house before and after reconstruction in three different locations graded by population. Three selected methods are used for the valuation, namely: the cost method according to the valuation regulation, the comparative method according to the valuation regulation, and the method of direct comparison. The cost method takes into account the design of the family house in both states, the land is valued by direct comparison. Key indexes are taken into account in the comparative method according to the valuation rule. In the direct comparison method, we work with a database of single-family houses in a range of locations.
